Q: How do I install an asset after purchasing?
A: Installation instructions can be found on the documentation page here.

Q: Where do I download my purchase?
A: All assets are delivered through the Cfx.re Portal. After purchase, log in and find your asset under your account.

Q: Can I transfer my purchased assets to another person?
A: FiveM allows a one-time transfer of assets between accounts via the Cfx.re Portal.

Q: Will this conflict with other resources on my server?
A: Conflicts can occur if another resource modifies the same files. You can check the documentation to see which vanilla files are used in each asset. Check the Discord server for compatibility patches.

Q: Can your assets be modified?
A: All of our packages come with editable texture dictionaries (YTDs), allowing you to customize assets to fit your server. All vanilla files are also fully editable. Some 3D assets may be open to modifications, check the documentation for details.

Q: Do you offer any discounts or bundles?
A: Seasonal sales are run throughout the year where assets are discounted for a limited time. There are no bundles available at the moment. If the price isn't quite right for you, feel free to open a ticket in the Discord and we can look into a coupon depending on your situation.

Q: What's your refund policy?
A: All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products. Refunds are only considered if the product is defective or not as described. No refunds for change of mind, compatibility issues, license violations, or account bans. Purchases grant a license to use virtual items with no real-world value. Requests must be submitted via Discord and are reviewed at our discretion.

Q: I found your assets on a leaking platform, what do I do?
A: Please drop us a message in the Discord server. We really appreciate you looking out for us and we'll make sure to return the favour. Do not download or use assets from leaking platforms since leaked files can be modified to contain malicious code that could harm your server and FiveM issues penalties against servers found using leaked assets.

A: Open a ticket in the Discord and you'll get a response as soon as possible.
